Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Experience in an aviation maintenance repair and/or overhaul environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, substantiate, and implement new repairs.
• Ensure internal shop documents are current with repair documents.
• Track data on yield and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead lean and bullet train activities.
• Raise and follow thru with Departure Records approval.
