Their digital platform helps foundries and steel plants streamline procurement processes for critical raw materials, ensuring faster sourcing, transparent pricing, and reliable supply chains. With over 250 manufacturing facilities already using their platform and expansion into new industrial clusters, they are establishing a digital backbone for one of India's most vital industries.As an Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing customer onboarding, engagement, and growth for the flagship SaaS platform across India. This role is crucial in building scalable adoption processes, reducing dependency on current leads, and strengthening second-line leadership in the customer success function. Your focus will be divided into 60% on product adoption and onboarding and 40% on upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer lifetime value.Key responsibilities include leading and managing onboarding and product adoption for manufacturing customers across South, West, and East India, traveling extensively to client locations, mentoring a distributed team of Customer Success Executives, standardizing onboarding processes, planning rollouts, driving customer activation and usage, tracking KPIs, identifying revenue expansion opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, hiring and managing local adoption resources, and implementing a structured knowledge-transfer system.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer success, software/digital system implementation, or post-sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial automation, or ERP/MES systems. You should have experience in managing or mentoring distributed teams, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, willingness to travel extensively across India, proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Gainsight, HubSpot, or similar CRMs, and skills in Excel/GSheets, reporting, and analysis.The compensation will be as per industry standards and candidate pedigree, with benefits including group medical insurance, generous leave structure, and work perks like snacks on the house.
