Job scope:

  • Admissions Process Management: Oversee the entire admissions process for early years applicants, from initial inquiries to enrolment, ensuring that all documentation is completed and deadlines are met.
  • Prospective Family Interaction: Respond to inquiries from prospective families, providing detailed information about the early years programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission requirements.
  • Learner Assessments: Coordinate and conduct initial assessments or interviews for potential learners as part of the admissions process, ensuring that each child's needs are aligned with the offerings.
  • Admissions Events and Outreach: Organise and participate in open houses, tours, and informational sessions to showcase the early years education environment and philosophy to prospective families.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all applicants, ensuring that all information is properly logged in the admissions database. Monitor and report on the progress of the admissions cycle.
  • Parental Guidance and Support: Offer personalised guidance to parents throughout the enrolment process, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs, and ensuring they feel supported in their decision-making process.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as the teaching staff, administration, and marketing team, to ensure alignment on admissions goals, processes, and messaging.
