Overview

This is a key leadership role where you will architect our admissions strategy, mentor a dedicated team, and be the welcoming face of our school. You will be the driving force behind our growth, transforming prospective family interest into committed enrollments by delivering an exceptional and seamless experience from first inquiry to first day of school.

Your Key Impact
  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a high-performing admissions team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and shared success.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and execute data-informed admissions strategies to meet and exceed enrolment targets across all school divisions.
  • Build Relationships: Serve as a key ambassador, building trust with prospective families from diverse backgrounds and confidently sharing our school's unique value.
  • Optimize the Journey: Oversee and refine the entire admissions lifecycle—from tours and open houses to application review and onboarding—ensuring every touchpoint is professional and personal.
Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a related client-facing leadership role, ideally within an international school environment preferred.
  • Proven leader who excels at coaching teams, analyzing data, and driving results.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, high cultural intelligence, and a genuine passion for connecting with families.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, motivated by the goal of building a strong, diverse school community.
  • Working location: Central west
