Job summary

A leading education service provider in Singapore seeks a motivated professional to drive enrolment for classes. The role involves proactively reaching out to potential customers, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student experiences and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for education.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or education-related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Location: Holland Village (Afterskool)

Working Hours/Days: Sunday - Thursday (Weekday:10am - 7pm, Weekend: 9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive enrolment for the centre’s classes.
  • Work with existing clients to identify growth opportunities and expand our footprint.
  • Represent AfterSkool and promote our offerings at roadshows and other key enrolment drive events.
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, offering tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty; proactively manage student retention.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure lesson operations run smoothly, enhancing students’ learning experiences and parents’ satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer details and interactions in our CRM and related spreadsheet systems.
  • Support the Head of HR/Admin Department in ensuring the safety, security, orderliness and cleanliness of all our premises.
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative duties required by the Centre.
