  • provide support copy services, office supplies, equipment, and inventory, administrative assistance
  • handle and store mail securely to maintain the confidentiality of correspondence
  • transport mail between organization facilities
  • respond to inquiries from within the organization about mail delivery times and schedule
  • assist in stationeries requisition, including printing of namecards, forms, letterheads
  • upkeep office upkeeping and cleanliness, including meeting rooms and washrooms
  • support Office Administration Manager in aspects of office administration
Qualifications
