Qualifications

  • At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm or law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in due diligence and compliance (KYC/AML) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal teams regarding payment instructions and project coordination.
  • Maintain statutory registers and company records, including share certificates.
  • Assist in company incorporations, drafting resolutions, and annual returns filing.
  • Conduct due diligence and compliance checks in accordance with internal policies.
  • Digitize and maintain hard and soft copies of corporate secretarial records.
  • Organize and scan bank statements for accounting documentation.
  • Handle general office administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
