Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced administrative professional to manage office supplies and provide secretariat support. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft Office are advantageous. This position offers a salary of up to $3,600 and operates from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including inventory tracking and replenishment.
  • Oversee pantry supplies and ensure pantries across offices are well-stocked.
  • Coordinate seasonal and reserved parking arrangements for staff.
  • Provide secretariat support such as meeting coordination.
  • Offer logistical support for meetings, events, and office operations.
  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks.

The Opportunity
  • Work in a leading R&D organisation in public sector
  • Location: one-north
  • Salary: Up to $3,600 (Subjected to Experience)
  • 6 months
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6pm
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including inventory tracking and replenishment
  • Oversee pantry supplies and ensure pantries across offices are well-stocked
  • Coordinate seasonal and reserved parking arrangements for staff, including handling queries, liaising with vendors, and generating reports
  • Provide secretariat support such as meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups
  • Offer logistical support for meetings, events, and general office operations
  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in corporate or public‑sector environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
  • Good communication skills as you will be working with multiple stakeholders (both external and internal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
