Job summary

A leading arbitration organization in Singapore is seeking a skilled administrator to handle various administrative and coordination tasks. The successful candidate will provide support to the CEO, manage training programmes, and liaise with trainers and participants. Candidates should possess a minimum diploma, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Job description
Roles & responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative and coordination matters for the department including PA duties, travel arrangements and scheduling support to the CEO

  • Assist and coordinate visits and events

  • Provide administration, promotional and logistical support for SIAC training programmes, Academy courses, seminars and modules including in-person and online attendance

  • Liaise with trainers and participants on administration and logistical matters including registration, payment, course material and scheduling

  • Prepare evaluation reports, certificates of attendance and CPD reports

  • Manage the Academy mailbox and attend to enquiries relating to courses

  • Support management of general e‑mail enquiries

  • Update Academy alumni directory and list of lecturers

  • Support YSIAC and other membership and volunteer groups including handling enquiries and database administration

  • Handle any other administrative and coordination matters for the department as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience in administration and database management preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel and online event platforms like Zoom

  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Meticulous, organised and able to multi‑task

  • Service‑oriented mindset
