Administrative Executive

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Administrative, IT, and Service departments.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, including inventory monitoring and replenishment, purchase requisition, support procurement related processes as required, etc.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and professionally attend to visitors.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as documentation, filing, data updating, and maintaining the monthly phone list.
  • Process CEO expense claims and prepare monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration.
