An organization for community engagement in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Officer. This role involves managing financial processes and providing essential logistics support for events like the Chingay Parade. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in clerical or general administration and be familiar with procurement and invoicing processes. Proficiency in English and good communication skills are essential, along with a resourceful and meticulous approach. Willingness to work irregular hours is required.
He/She will support the Division's operations by managing financial processes including procurement and invoicing, alongside administrative tasks, e-filing, and managing data, whilst providing essential logistics coordination for events such as the Chingay Parade.
At least 1 year experience in clerical/general administration work including exposure to financial processes (procurement, invoicing). Familiarity with government procurement systems would be advantageous.
