  • Prepare reports, agreements, and documents.
  • Maintain records, databases, and confidential files.
  • Assist with data entry and compliance documentation.
  • Assist management with special projects.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Help improve administrative processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative processes
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and follow up
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Act as liaison between departments, vendors, and external partners
  • Prepare reports, Agreement (SOP Template) and documents
  • Maintain records, databases, and confidential files
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Assist management with special projects
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Help improve administrative processes and workflows
  • No experience will also be considered if process with the right attitude
