Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their medical teams. Responsibilities include managing patient information, answering calls, billing, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess at least ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma and 1-2 years of experience in clinic settings. Strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are required. This position requires commitment for a 5.5-day work week including half-day Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Min. 1-2 years experience in clinic settings preferred.
  • Meticulous and organized with systematic work behavior.
  • Adept at using MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support duties.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative support duties
  • Perform front-line role of providing information for incoming calls when necessary
  • Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
  • Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialties / clinics / inpatient within the Group
  • Collate reports for doctor's review and follow up
  • Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred
  • Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams
  • Good customer service and front-line skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration
  • Be service-oriented with good communication skills
  • Systematic, organized and meticulous in work behaviour and procedure
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Able to commit 5.5 works day week; Mon - Sat (Sat half day)
