We are looking for a Administrative Assistant (Culinary) to join our team!

As an Administrative Assistant (Culinary), we rely on you to:

  1. Provide secretarial support for the Executive Chef and the Culinary team
  2. Support the Executive Chef with all administration and office coordination
  3. Interact with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Manage the schedule for the Executive Chef
  5. Prepare communications and coordinate meetings and appointments for the Executive Chef
  6. Support Culinary Operations when needed

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Is professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information
  2. Preferably has hospitality-related work experience in F&B / Culinary environment
  3. Has strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  4. Possesses Microsoft Office skills
  5. Experience in contract documentation is an added advantage
