About The Role

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team
  • Assist with scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments and surgical procedures
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including daily patient billings
  • Assist in procurement updatesand purchases of clinic and operating equipment
  • Collate and prepare reports on a timely basis
  • Support department projects or assignments when needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the department.

What We Are Looking For

  • Recognised Diploma in any disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in administrative support.
  • Proficient inMS Office (Word, Excel), good planning and organization skills.
  • System savvy and good numerical skills
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, ability to work across departments
  • Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
