  • Perform daily administrative and clerical duties, including filing, document control, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Manage and organize physical and digital documents to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Assist management in scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
  • Support daily office operations and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Attend to urgent operational matters when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is able to manage multiple tasks, handle documentation accurately, and respond promptly to urgent requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative and clerical duties, including filing, document control, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Manage and organize physical and digital documents to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval
  • Assist management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating internal or external events
  • Support daily office operations and facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Attend to urgent operational matters, including requests or calls outside standard working hours when required
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties, including courier runs and external errands when required
