A leading electrical engineering company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Administrative Clerk to manage invoicing, quotations, and customer communications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and capable of handling daily queries and scheduling tasks. This role requires immediate availability and may involve interviews across 1 to 2 rounds.
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Clerk that is able to handle simple invoicing, quotations, customer calls, daily queries and scheduling.
The main job scope:
Able to start immediately. Past experiences will be a plus.
Interviews: 1 to 2 rounds of Interviews
Language needed: Proficient English (compulsory)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 6pm
Salary: Depending on relevant experiences, performance and work accomplishments.
