This role requires at least one year of experience in an administrative position within the Hospitality or Commercial Laundry Industry. The ideal candidate is meticulous, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word. Key responsibilities include invoice processing, managing office documentation, and assisting internal departments with administrative tasks. Company transport is provided from Lakeside MRT, with a five-day work week and on-the-job training.

Job Description:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations;
  • End-to-end monthly invoice processing;
  • Managing office documentation, data entry, filing, handling incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating staff schedules and assisting in procurement of office supplies;
  • Support internal departments in routine administrative tasks;
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant statutory requirements, where applicable.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum one (1) year of prior work experience in an administrative role in Hospitality/Commercial Laundry Industry;
  • Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level certificate;
  • Ability to multi-task to perform various tasks simultaneously;
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Good interpersonal communication;
  • Computer literacy; Proficient in using MS Office such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
