Job summary

A financial advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support professional. The role involves managing schedules, organizing client documents, and assisting in financial paperwork. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in admin roles, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. This is a full-time position with a contract length of 24 months, requiring in-person attendance.

About the Role

Support financial advisor with administrative duties that enable focus on high-value client service and strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage professional calendar: scheduling, meetings, reminders.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for client records and financial documents.
  • Perform administrative paperwork, including form submissions, compliance documentation, and other required filings.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and client briefings.
  • Manage routine errands or ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Assist with basic financial documentation, expense tracking, and client communications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years in admin or assistant roles, preferably in finance or advisory settings.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS SharePoint and comfortable with digital filing systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, discretion and a client‑centric mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
  • Highly proactive and attention to detail.
