NISS cooperates with top universities in China and outstanding higher education institutions in the West. We are now inviting applications for the position of Academic Administrative Coordinator, responsible for providing academic administrative support and handling the institute’s day-to-day administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the institute’s academic programmes and related activities, including meeting arrangements, event coordination, and preparation of materials.
  • Assist in the execution of academic administrative processes, such as course scheduling, document organisation, records management, and compilation of various reports.
  • Support the establishment, maintenance, and updating of academic and administrative records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and ease of access.
  • Assist in handling student-related matters to support the smooth delivery of student services.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and logistical operations, including office coordination, resource management, and liaison with vendors or external parties.
  • Assist in organising internal meetings, training sessions, and academic activities, including scheduling, materials preparation, and on-site support.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the institute
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience; prior experience in administration or academic management is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, highly organised, and attentive to detail.
  • Self-driven with a high level of autonomy, while also being a team player.
  • Responsible, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
