Salling Search is currently assisting a global shipping company in the search for an organized, hands‑on, and service‑oriented Administration Manager to join its multicultural Singapore team, supporting office operations and managing administrative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate merchandise planning and procurement
  • Support daily office operations including seating, mobile plans, lunch services, business cards and courier arrangements
  • Track office assets and oversee maintenance and safety compliance
  • Support employees and new joiners with administrative needs
  • Process office bills, track expenses and prepare basic reports
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance
  • Coordinate bunker apartment operations and tenant matters
  • Oversee warehouse inventory in collaboration with the warehouse team
  • Support onboarding, offboarding and office events
  • Provide backup support to the Singapore administration team
  • Occasional after hours or weekend support may be required
Requirements
  • Service oriented and collaborative team player
  • Organized, adaptable and detail focused
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
  • Comfortable communicating in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Event coordination experience is an advantage
