Job summary

A leading renewables energy developer in Singapore seeks a driven Administration and Billing Executive to support rapid expansion. Responsibilities include general administrative duties, generating invoices, managing customer inquiries, and providing support to the Sales team. A. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties, support business continuity activities, and manage records.
  • Generate and issue sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other relevant documents to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues, including following up with clients on payment matters.
  • Collate sales orders, manage account maintenance and support the Sales team and co-ordinate daily/weekly activity with Supply chain partners.
  • Provide back-up assistance to the sales team and support daily operations of the office.
  • Maintain and update records such as CRN/GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and other financial information.
B. Qualifications & Skills:
  • Polytechnic Diploma or relevant Certification
  • Experience: At-least 2 years of relevant work experience similar administrative and billing role.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and records.
