About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Support Executive to support tender submissions, contract management, and lead administration. You will coordinate documents, maintain accurate records, and provide end-to-end sales support to ensure smooth operations and timely results.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the sales team with managing customer accounts, orders, and inquiries
  • Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and other sales documents in a timely manner
  • Review tender documents to extract relevant requirements for distribution to relevant stakeholders for follow up actions
  • Monitor tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure submission deadlines are met.
  • Experience in tender submission
  • Source through various portals to identify relevant leads and assigned out to the appropriate sales personnel
  • Guide Sales Team on file management and proper documentation practices and usage of sales toolkits

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction or AV industry
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
