Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day sales administration, prepare quotations, and provide after-sales support. The role requires a diploma and at least 2 years of relevant sales support experience, preferably within marine or engineering sectors. Candidates must be skilled in coordination and responsive to customer inquiries. The position includes a basic salary of $2,800 - $3,400 with bonuses and flexible WFH options.

Sales Support / Sales Coordinator
  • Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
  • After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
  • Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
  • Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering sectors [spare parts]
  • Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.

Job Scopes:

  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
  • Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
