We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with customers, operations, and finance teams
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders
  • Assist with sales reports and documentation
  • Support tender submissions and contract documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales administration or office administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
