Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist in the application process in the motor industry. The role involves collaboration with Relationship Managers, managing dealer inquiries, and ensuring timely responses. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, with experience in the motor sector preferred. This position offers an opportunity to engage directly with customers and dealers, supporting approval processes for applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in application process.
• Develop and maintain understanding of dealer or agent base.
• Act as key contact for dealers or agents for documentation follow up.
• Ensure on time responses to customers and dealers or agents.
• Alert Relationship Managers for potential delays.
• Assist Relationship Managers in obtaining approval on new applications.
• Evaluate customer applications and confirm data via phone calls.
• Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyze customer's situation and vehicle details.
• Execute documents and disbursement duties for approved applications.

• Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer’s situation and vehicle details.
• Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in Motor industry preferred
