Job summary

A petrochemical company in Singapore seeks a Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily activities and travel internationally. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a valid Singapore driving license, and strong organizational skills. Mandarin proficiency is essential for liaising with clients. This role includes personal and business engagements, planning events, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive personal support to the Director on a daily basis.

  • Drive the Director to meetings, appointments, and personal engagements as required.

  • Accompany the Director in daily engagements and activities, both business and personal.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating private events and gatherings hosted by the Director.

  • Travel internationally with the Director to provide on-site support.

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by the Director.

  • Assist in booking of restaurants and accomodation for guests.

  • Administrative work for the company as required.


Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar personal assistant role.

  • Possess a valid Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to understand the needs and habits of Director and Family

  • Mandarin is essential, to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking guest and clients.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

  • Capable of multitasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment
