Job summary

A logistics and HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to handle export shipments, document preparation, and efficient order management. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in shipping and logistics, proficient skills in MS Office, and a proactive approach to administrative support. This role operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a salary ranging from $2,600 to $3,000.

  • Prepare shipping documents for bank negotiation.
  • Responsible for all export shipments, liaising with forwarders.

  • Perform administrative support and ad-hoc duties.

  • Responsible for all export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics & forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.
  • Maintain and update export reports on time.
  • Manage customers orders, deliveries, reports and other transactions efficiently.
  • Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
