Admin Executive (Social Service)

📍Location: Caldecott
📅Contract Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a dynamic team supporting programmes and operations. Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide operational, administrative, and programme support across initiatives and services
  • Coordinate with internal divisions, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Assist in case processing, data management, documentation, and reporting
  • Support procurement, vendor management, and payment processing in accordance with public-sector guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and management information systems
  • Prepare briefings, correspondence, meeting notes, and presentations
  • Monitor timelines, follow up on action items, and support project delivery
  • Support policy implementation, process improvement, and continuous operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc assignments and events
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Public Administration, Management, or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in operations, administration, programme support, or public-sector roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with government procurement, documentation, and compliance processes is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
