Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Centre Leaders, instructors, Allied Professionals, and the Alumni team, including correspondence, documentation, and office operations.

  • Manage beneficiaries’ administrative matters, data records, and communication with parents/caregivers, ensuring accuracy.

  • Support HR processes, including recruitment administration, onboarding, staff records, leave management, and staff welfare initiatives.

  • Assist in financial and resource administration, including procurement, expenditure tracking, and coordination with vendors and shared services.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and community partners to support centre events, meetings, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Support digital system implementation, continuous process improvement, and other duties as assigned by Centre Leaders to enhance centre operations.

  • Job Requirements
    • Diploma or equivalent qualification.

    • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

    • Able to work independently and collaboratively

    • Candidate with administration experience will be advantageous.
