We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual for IT cum Admin Executive position to support uninterrupted IT operations and maintenance for the organisation.

Job Description
  • Installing and configuring of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and securing computer systems and networks.
  • Updating and maintaining the software library and hardware inventory (IT Inventory Management) as well as documentation.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service users’ queries, IT issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Setting up accounts, rights access and device on-boarding for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, including liaising with OEMs, vendors and / or suppliers.
  • Supporting and testing of new technology.
  • Handling, maintaining and providing administrative support in overall office management and company administration.
  • Any other job assigned.
Job Requirements
