Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Administrative cum Telemarketing Executive to support the operational and sales aspects of our growing beauty business. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks efficiently while also actively engaging in telemarketing to drive customer bookings and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
  • Handle pantry and stationery orders, as well as water supply coordination for outlets.
  • Manage documentation for operational and regulatory upkeep.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring professional and prompt client service.
  • Support general operations with any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Telemarketing Duties
  • Make outbound calls to promote services, treatments, and ongoing promotions.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to encourage appointment booking(s) and re-engagement.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align telemarketing efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in compiling telemarketing and sales performance reports regularly (daily/weekly/monthly).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is an advantage.
