A Tamil book publishing company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional for an administrative and teaching role. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tamil and English, possess at least 5 years of experience in admin or teaching, and be willing to multitask and communicate effectively with parents and students. We are in Tamil industry, book publisher in tamil language so communicating in Tamil and English is a MUST to speak to customers
Work from remote for some days, after finding room, Willing to relocate to singapore and start work soon
Diploma/Degree in any discipline min 5 years work experience in admin / teaching
Should have gone to primary tamil school and studied tamil language till SPM
Have to be proactive and fast-learner, ready to do multi-tasking
Being meticulous and focused
Attend to queries of parents / students - shld know to read,
write and communicate in tamil (tamil industry)
Help in Vendors quotation
Online order courier packing and related admin work
Centre incharge A to Z all admin related work
Tamil teaching from preschool to Secondary students (Extensive Training provided)
Creating SOP and system for accounts and admin dept
Hands-on training for other new onboarding all
Customer service and admin related
Warehouse packing, stock and daily stock maintenance
Invoice generation of all vendors and all related
Responsible for office supplies and Office Equipment
Centre co-ordinators with tutors / vendors
Admin related work with phone call to parents data about the courses upcoming and attend enquiries
Adhoc duties as and when required
