About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin Assistant to join our team at Emperor Xun Pte. Ltd. in Tampines North East Region. This full-time role will provide administrative support to our busy office and play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Experience with WPOL, WP relevant duties will be an added advantage
  • Providing a wide range of administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Assisting with the organization and coordination of office logistics, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • Handling inquiries from colleagues and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing support for special projects and events as needed
  • Maintaining and updating office systems and procedures to improve efficiency
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
