You will be a key point of contact for visitors and assist in various HR functions. This position operates on a six-day work week, including weekends.

Job description

We are looking for aspiring personnel to join our growing team. You will be responsible for full spectrum of admin duties, attending to customer enquiries, and to assist in assigned HR tasks. An important point of contact for all internal and external communication, you serve as an integral part of the Admin cum Customer Service functions.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for administration and reception duties, and assigned HR tasks.
  • Manage external phone calls, general workplace upkeep, courier services, mail etc.
  • Serve as point of service contact for all internal/external visitors & meetings.
  • Administer and facilitate seamless control of the provision of stationery/pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate maintenance services, including office facilities, photocopier, pest control, plants etc.
  • Attend to customer enquiries relating to training/enrichment/tuition services
  • Ad-hoc duties when required
Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • ITE/Diploma in Business Administration or Business Services
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient with administrative and reception coverage
  • Prior experience in customer service / sales roles has advantage
  • Meticulous and able to work in fast paced environment
  • Bilingual and able to manage queries from Chinese speaking associates
  • Versed in MS Office, WhatsApp & WeChat
  • Weekend availability
Working hours:

6 days work week, 10am to 6pm. Work on weekends, Weekday off day
