A growing consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage administrative tasks and customer inquiries. The role requires proficiency in administrative duties, a minimum of one year of experience, and bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese. You will be a key point of contact for visitors and assist in various HR functions. This position operates on a six-day work week, including weekends.
We are looking for aspiring personnel to join our growing team. You will be responsible for full spectrum of admin duties, attending to customer enquiries, and to assist in assigned HR tasks. An important point of contact for all internal and external communication, you serve as an integral part of the Admin cum Customer Service functions.
6 days work week, 10am to 6pm. Work on weekends, Weekday off day
