We are seeking an organized and responsible Admin Assistant to support daily office operations, meeting arrangements, purchasing activities, staff claims, and general administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support
  • Collect company letters and correspondence from the mailbox
  • Arrange and manage meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate with office cleaner to maintain cleanliness
  • Purchase office drinking water and general supplies
  • Handle vehicle and company insurance, insurance purchase and renewal matters
  • Process staff and director claims
  • Purchase security bonds, performance bonds, or other project‑related matters
  • Update Bill of Materials (BOM) and project costing
  • Assist in arranging director’s schedule and appointments
  • Prepare documents and assist project tenders
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N/O Level, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Business/Office Administration
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
