A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance/accounting professional to handle bookkeeping and financial operations for multiple clients. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, preparing payroll, and compiling GST. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant diploma and have at least 2 years of experience, with training provided. This role demands strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications & experience
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Knowledge of MS Office
Minimum 2 years experience required (Training will be provided)
Able to multi-task and meticulous
Tasks & responsibilities
Perform day to day bookkeeping and financial operation for clients
Maintain proper documentation.
Prepare salary/payroll and CPF submission for clients
Preparation of schedules, GST compilation for clients
Provide admin and accounting support at multi clients' office
Any ad-hoc projects and accounts duties as assigned from time to time
