About the role

Esperto Paintworks Pte Ltd, a leading paint and decorative coatings company, is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join our team in Ang Mo Kio.

What you’ll be doing
  • Performing a range of administrative duties including data entry, filing, document management, and providing general office support.
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, such as invoicing, payment reconciliation, and record‑keeping.
  • Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and customers to address inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Providing administrative support for the HR function, such as coordinating employee onboarding and off‑boarding.
  • Maintaining and updating office inventory and supplies.
  • Supporting the management team with ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required.
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounts assistant role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is preferred.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and customer‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
