A local finance firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist with accounts payable and receivable processes. The role includes preparing sales and purchase orders, managing compliance for audits and tax filings, and handling payroll for a small team. Candidates should be prepared to perform various administrative tasks, ensuring good data documentation and system maintenance. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with cloud accounting are essential for this position.
Assist with AP & AR processes, including invoice processing, billing, and collections.
Prepare Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
Assist in monthly closing and GST report submission.
Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings (e.g., GST).
Assist with data entry, report generation, and system maintenance tasks in cloud accounting.
Maintain good documentation and filing system
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Prepare and handle payroll & leave software(<10 persons)
Prepare monthly pay slip and Auto Inclusion Scheme for IRAS
Any other administration work assigned by Senior Management
