About the role

Intelligent Computer Services is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin & Business Promoter to join our team in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and promoting our business services to clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Promoting our range of IT and business services to potential clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the office
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Candidates with full working rights for Singapore.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
