Job summary

A leading administrative services provider in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage enquiries, record attendance, and provide office operations support. Applicants should have N' level or equivalent, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage all telephone, in-person, and digital enquiries from parents, students, and the public.
  • Accurately record, compile, and submit daily reports on attendance.
  • Support the seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning of the General Office.
  • Receive, inspect, and securely store delivered goods, while coordinating with staff for collection.
  • Provide reliable administrative support including typing and document preparation.
  • Flexibly undertake additional duties as assigned.

Working Hours
  • Mondays: 8am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Tuesdays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirements

    • Accurately record, compile, and submit precise daily reports on student and staff attendance.
  • 🔄 General Office Operations
    • Proactively support the seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning of the General Office to ensure optimal workflow.
  • 📦 Logistics & Coordination
    • Receive, inspect, and securely store delivered goods. Promptly notify and coordinate with relevant staff members for collection.
  • 💻 Administrative & Clerical Support
    • Provide reliable support through a variety of tasks including typing, document preparation, printing, and laminating/cutting.
  • 🚀 Adaptability & Initiative
    • Flexibly undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned by the reporting officer or school leadership, contributing to the school’s overall mission.
