Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team!

About Our Client

Our client is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, dedicated to excellence and innovation. They are committed to providing high‑quality products and services to their clients.

What you'll be doing?

Provide support: You'll offer administrative and logistical support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations.

Maintain systems: Update and maintain SAP for departments, manage time administration, attendance, and leave tracking.

Manage procurement: Create purchase requisitions and orders, and manage supplies for stationeries, printers, copiers, and pantry items.

Assist with reports: Prepare routine reports and assist department heads/managers with meeting scheduling.

Support staff: Provide essential administrative support including procurement, service applications, travel/hotel bookings, and more.

General assistance: Offer general administrative assistance such as photocopying, filing, and issuing of stationary/equipment.

Who are they looking for?

Education: Minimum of an “O” level and above.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in an Administrative position.

Skills: Good knowledge of company systems and procedures, experience with Microsoft Office software, and strong organizational skills.

Communication: Good written and oral communication skills, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage.

Other Information:

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am-5:30pm

Company transport pick up at Jurong/ Hougang/ AMK/ Woodlands

Salary: $2500 - $3000, AWS provided
