Responsibilities
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Greet and assist clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate property recommendations.
  • Arrange Property Viewings: Organize and schedule property viewings to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for clients.
  • Assist with Handover, Move-In, and Move-Out Procedures: Support clients through the handover, move-in, and move-out processes, offering necessary guidance and assistance.
  • Draft Relevant Contracts: Prepare lease and sales contracts as per company requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and service contracts.
  • Support the management and company in any other adhoc administrative tasks
