Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of purchasing and billing records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track orders and deliveries.
  • Verify billing details, reconcile discrepancies, and support payment processing.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Manage enquiries and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow between operations and finance.

  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $2800 + AWS
