Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities
  • 5 Days Work (Mon-Fri, 8.30PM-5.30AM) - Night shift
  • Greenwich
  • Salary up to $2,500
  • AWS + Bonuses
Details :
  • Coordinated with HR, Finance, and Facilities on staff matters, claims, and access passes
  • Processed overtime, leave requests, housing details, and exit procedures
  • Handled employee claims and monitored purchase requests, orders, and receipts
  • Maintained accurate records, prepared reports, and retrieved files for stakeholders
  • Monitored and replenished inventory of PPE, stationery, and company assets
  • Consolidated and reported damaged tool data, liaising with Maintenance on rework progress
  • Ensured office compliance with 6S standards and managed related documentation
  • Provided operational support and assisted colleagues with ad-hoc tasks

Candidates must have Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.
