Overview

Position: Admin Assistant (Customer Service)

Location: Bedok North

Working hours: 5.25 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm & alternate half Saturday)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Incentives + Staff meal provided

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Assist and attend to customers' enquiries/complaints through phone calls, online portal, emails etc
  • Generate catering orders and quotation
  • Liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement/issues regarding catering orders
  • Liaise with outsource suppliers for necessary logistics/catering items
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required
