A leading technology services provider in Singapore is seeking a proactive individual for a full-time permanent role. Responsibilities include managing customer orders, conducting product research, and general office administration. Candidates should ideally have an ‘O’ level or diploma, but relevant experience is also considered. This role offers a basic salary starting from SGD 2000 and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
· Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
· Handle customers’ orders & inquiries with efficient manner
· Handle the procedures of all orders & shipping documents accurately
· Monitor and expedite delivery according to production schedule.
· Coordinate & follow up with production in fulfilling the job orders, deadline & shipments
· Handle excellent working relationships with clients
· Manage the general office administration functions together with other administrators
· Filing and maintaining of documents
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· ‘O’ level, Diploma or equivalent.
· Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

· Ability to multitask & prioritize
· Good time management
· Keen to learn & explore beyond own capability
