Recruiting for administrative staff x 3 (purchasing/sales support/personal assistant)

  • Location: Across Singapore
  • 5 days / 5.5 Alternate
Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, you may be involved in:

1. Personal Assistant (PA) Function
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management
  • Manage calendar schedules, meetings, travel arrangements
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
2. Sales Support Function
  • Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client databases
  • Prepare sales-related reports and presentations
3. Purchasing Function
  • Source for suppliers and request quotations
  • Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records
  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely supply
Requirements
  • Minimum O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience
