  • Working Location: West - Tuas West Avenue (Nearest MRT: Tuas West)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30am-6pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Meal incentive
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales staff by issuing delivery orders and tax invoices.
  • Manage and route phone calls and inquiries.
  • Help prepare regular reports as scheduled.
  • Coordinate with senior management to prepare and handle documentation and requests.
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments.
  • Assist with the coordination of container trucking and handle documentation for incoming containers.
  • Offer general support to visitors.
  • Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
