Job Description

• Update the sales order to the process of invoice for local sales and export


• Update the purchase order and stock input


• Update of customer data and vendor listing


• Update arowana information to AVA, eg. DNA & no. of births of arowana


• Updating of arowana information in the Company's website


• Process the import & export documents, eg. Import and export permit, application of health certificates with AVA, packing list, export invoices, liasing with freight forwarding agents on shipment matters etc.


• Filing of Invoice, import and export, and other related documentations

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
